Absolutely LOVE this minty scent!!! Plus this shampoo removes build up and residue from product like spray wax, gel, or fiber texture product and instantly leaves hair feeling light and clean again. Thrilled to have found this shampoo on Amazon!!! There is another popular brand anti-residue shampoo in a small squarish 6oz bottle, which I also love, but there's just no beating the value on this sized product.

Outstanding

I just tried to use this bottle that I ordered a while ago. Opened it for the first time and the shampoo was a very dark purple and very runny and had a chemical smell to it. Very yucky and gross. Looks like a lot of coloring was added plus water. I had some left in a smaller bottle and compared and this shampoo is definitely not the same as what I have bought before. I ended up using the shampoo from the smaller bottle I bought through a local salon. Just goes to show maybe I should just order through my salon and not through amazon.

I've used other clarifying products, some really expensive, but this works really well. I don't like the minty toothpaste smell but it does seem to wash hairspray byproducts, etc. out. Doesn't work as well as good old baking soda mixed with your favorite shampoo, but for you don't have to mix it and leave it in for 15 min either.

I have very thin oily hair. I was struggling to find a shampoo that didn’t weigh it down. This shampoo leaves my hair and scalp totally clean and fresh. I use it every wash, but If you don’t have super oily hair like mine it may be better to do every other wash.
