I can feel a difference in my mood. Also it helps regulate you too. I didn't take two at once as I normally see how one makes me feel. I space it out. Once early in the day and the second one later on in the day. It makes a difference for me.*Easy to swallow.* Not bad tasting and very good quality because it has fermented biotin(high levels), so be cautious with skin break outs as high levels produce breakouts for some people. Not for me.* Drank plenty of water during the day and I found this to be helpful.

I got these vitamins because they contain a good amount of biotin per serving. They don’t upset my stomach and my hair definitely is growing and healthy. I would recommend the product.

I was taking this regularly and started getting really bad acne and couldn’t figure out why. Then when I stop taking the pills my acne cleared up. Which is ironic because it says that it helps with your skin. I’m sure that it is effective for hair growth but I personally don’t want acne in the process.
