Brain Games - Scavenger Hunt Puzzles

Perfect for my aging Dad and Grandchildren
Enjoyed searching throughout the quality photos for items. There are words instead of pictures. Bit more challenging for younger kids but still a great learning tool.

A good puzzle book.
I have really enjoyed this puzzle book. I am 83 years old and I found it very relaxing. Keeps my mind busy and fun at the same time. It has lots of puzzles and each one of them are fun.

Fun to do, but a little too easy.

Hours of challenging fun
This is a wonderful pastime for old and young alike! Very interesting and colorful pictures to examine with explicitly detailed checklists to help you accomplish your goal of checking off the items you find. It really gets you to think about words and how the same word may have different object meanings. I also like the quality of the paper that is used. It's very fountain pen and ballpoint pen friendly.I hope that they continue these types of books to help me remember the names of objects that I'm having difficulty searching for the right word to use.

lot's of fun and frustration!
These books can be so fun. I haven't really looked at this one, as it is a Christmas present. I have spies all over my house. The brain game books we've had so far are fun, but frustrating. Put your glasses on before you start!

Find the Object Book
This book is just okay, as far as an object-find book. The main problem is the repetition of objects from picture to picture. It is rather unimagitive. I do not believe the puzzles would appeal to children for more than 10 minutes. In addition, many of the backgrounds are unappealing to the eye.

Fun for seniors
I work with and around challenged senior citizens. This book was a challenge and fun to share and play with my friends

Not awesome.
Too cheesy. I thought this was going to be a little harder to find objects to help my aging mothers brain focus but trying to find a helicopter in a library or the Eiffel Tower in a garden pic is pretty lame. If you're buying this for a 3-y/o, okay but if you're buying for an elderly person with dementia, pick a different book.

Keeps your mind active.
I loved scavenger/picture puzzles while I was growing up so finding this book was a real treat. The fact that it is spiral bound makes it easier to use. The images are sharp and the puzzles prove quite a challenge. It's a book I will definitely share with friends. I will also be purchasing more in the series. These are great.

Fun to play
I would definitely recommend it. I enjoy it very much and it's very good for the brain, very high quality.

Okay
While some of the puzzles were fun to do, there were others where finding the objects was more a "is that what they mean by that?" moments. I like to hunt for the objects, but they should look like what they say they are.

Disappointed
This was a waste of money for me. Thought this would be geared to an adult mind not a child’s. I’ll pass it on in the towns free book stand and maybe someone else will get more enjoyment from this book.

perhaps better for small children
its so bad its almost funny. its a picture of a scene with clipped in photos you need to "find."i thought perhaps the hidden items would be blended well into the images like other scavenger books, but theyre pasted and blown up large in your face.i was sure the images in the item details were an exageration because it was highly reviewed.wasted money, made me laugh, kids are gonna like it at least.
