A Very Grimm Guide (Sisters Grimm Companion) (Sisters Grimm, The)

This book was interesting and fun, especially Puck's candid commentary. It pretty much told a lot of things we already knew about most of the characters. But this book also told facts about the original fairy tale stories and writers. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves the Sisters Grimm. (Warning: Read the entire series before the guide... Contains spoilers.)

I did not know about the guide.I wasn't trying desperately to find it.It. Just. Happened.As I always do when visiting a library other then my own, I looked for the Sisters Grimm section.And there it was.I love this book, it really makes the series complete, though I wish they would have given some new info about the characters, instead of all the usual stuff we already knew. But I absolutely loved all the flyers and other "authentic" stuff from Ferryport Landing. My personal favorite is the add for Hatchettland "THROW YOUR HATCHET AT THE HATCHET-TOSSING BIG BAD WOLF ROBOT, THEN RUN FROM THE HATCHET-WIELDING BIG BAD WOLF ROBOT!"The only thing I don't like about this book is all the gassing jokes.Bad Puck! Bad! Bad!

I love the remarkes by Puck,aka, the trickster king :), Michele Buckley added great facts about the character, and, apparently, now I'm the sucker because I don't get the pleasure of knowing Puck`s behind was rubbed where my fingers are :P, if you have not read the sisters Grimm, don't even think about reading this book :)

I agree with the five stars because this is so funny.I'm also glad I got the kindle edition because Puck rubbed his butt on it.I do not like that it was short .I did like Luke's "editing" marks. I do not like the price but as I said this is one funny guide.Sister Grimm fans do not read this before other books because it reveals th Master of Scarlet Hand.I made a BIG mistake and read it before

I love this book series, and this guide adds even more enjoyment to the story. While it is a book series written for children, I admit I am an adult and I still find it very entertaining. I would recommended reading the first 9 books before reading A Very Grimm Guide because there are some details talked about in the guide that will spoil the books for you. I made the mistake of reading this guide before the 9th book and ruined the ending for myself.

This was a good guide, but it was shorter than I thought. I was honestly expecting more from Puck, but it was still a great guide.

This book is amazing, I love the series, but it just could have been longer. Like maybe a quiz or interview. It just could have been longer. Ironically, Puck is right.
