Anyone with adhd that has had success with this?

I have ADHD and normally I can consume multiple coffees and or energy drinks a day and it hardly has any effect on me . I can drink coffee and go straight to bed . THIS STUFF THOUGH…. This gives me energy! But not in a crazy crack head way . It’s a good awake feeling energy that lasts a pretty long time with no crash either. Honestly it’s the best thing to ever happen to me . I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I hardly ever drink coffee because one scoop of this gets me through the whole day.

Does this have any flavor? If so is it light enough to disappear in a shake?

This is very bitter in my opinion. I mixed it in water and had to choke it down.
