Principles of Naval Engineering: Propulsion and Auxiliary Systems (Blue & Gold Professional Library)

Great engineering book
Even though it is a textbook that I needed for a marine engineering course, it is very well written and organized. The concepts are well explained in short and easy to understand language. The examples are real-world examples, and show why you need to learn them. Just be aware that you will need to have a good working knowledge of how to transfer one type of measurement (units) to another. Or keep an extensive list of unit conversions handy.

Great source for Naval Engineering!!!!
Very clear descriptions that are easy to understand from a foundation or higher level. Illustrations are clear and fit perfect to convey the principles addressed. This book is a great resource for both a classroom setting or use out in the fleet!

Buen título!
El enfoque del libro es muy técnico ingenieril! Su contenido está basado en cálculos, termodinámica, mecánica. Yo lo compré creyendo que tenía capítulos enfocados al diseño de embarcaciones pero no es así!
