I love this gate. I use similar ones to easily change my room decor i hang beads and fairy lights and snowflakes. it is well made with an antique look, just be aware of the size . it is not very tall but i always read the details so i was aware of that. It adds a little interest to a room that might be a bit boring.I will probably buy another one to make a pair.

I added this piece to the entrance to my New Orleans themed kitchen. I love the look.

I have to say this is a beautiful unique piece for your wall. I loved it upon arrival and I still love it. However, the hanging mechanism makes it hard to hang in my opinion. It has two hooks on the back and the piece I received the hooks were not even so it made it so hard for me to hang. I'm a single woman and I'm not exactly a tool whiz or a carpenter LOL but I can usually hang things. This piece made me want to put my fist through the wall. If I knew it was going to be as hard to hang as what it was I wouldn't have bought it to be honest.

Such a beautiful peace of are now the only question is do I need another one.

This is perfect for what I ordered it for, and pretty/sturdy enough for more prominent decor. Purchased as a hideaway for internet cables, needed something wide enough to hide the boxes, tall enough to hide the cable outlet and look decent against the curtains, and shallow enough to let the door open fully. Check, check, check, check, check! Oh, and inexpensive enough to only be seen in the evenings when we are in our bedroom or have the door shut. The packaging was perfect, fully protected and clean...but then I saw an Amazon stock sticker had been placed on the decorative side of the unit. It came off without peeling paint, and alcohol took most of the adhesive off. Fine for my application, but not for those wanting a fully visible decor feature.

Was skeptical to order without seeing this item in person first. It arrived very well packaged, without any issues. This "gate" looks very vintage and aged in all the right places - especially the metal which is exactly what I was hoping for. Looks to be built to last and really isn't that heavy. This will be mounted to a functioning door so the weight is perfect. It looks heavier than it is, yet still made of wood and metal. I like it!
