I absolutely love this makeup train!It was package so carefully and secure.It came sooner than I thought!It’s very sturdy and the different compartments are very convenient.Spacious and the finish is beautiful and eye catching.

The media could not be loaded.  This came earlier than stated thought I was so happy...Very nice  Make up/utility case. Came in a very sturdy Box with wooden planks around it. You get 2 sets of keys with this case I didn't find the other set until later just be careful when opening it because because the keys can be lodged in between some of the openings and that's why I found the other set later to lock the bottom. The keys to the locks do not fit flush but they do insert so if you have a key that does not insert more than  Likely it is one for the bottom and 1 for the top On one ring.  You would think the keys would be in a plastic baggie or something but no they are in there just floating around.  To Lock: You have to make sure the buckles are buckled.I had to figure out how to use the keys you have to turn them all the way clockwise until  you hear a snap.  To unlock it you turn it back the opposite way Until you hear a snap. The black inserts come out so you can adjust the size of the compartments you want. Everything seems really sturdy I like it.

Updated: since the company did make it right considering the damages I’m updating my review to 4 stars thank you to the customer service rep for correcting this issue.Not only do none of the locks work but the bottom drawer is bent and doesn’t close properly. It is a nice looking case but For the price point I was definitely expecting some sort of structural stability but here we are. Tried messaging seller, they wanted proof of damages. Couldn’t send video, not sure how I get “pictures” of your non working locks. So I guess a public review is just as well.

Love the detachable wheels, decent amount of storage on the inside and out, and love the extra strap on the back to attach other items.

Shipping was very quick. It was delivered right to my door. Packaging was awesome no room for any scrapes to happen. The wheels and the box are nice. I feel like this is something that would last you a good couple of years! Thanks!
