Helps with silent reflux
I started using these after my ENT recommended them to help with my silent reflux. I suck on one after meals, esp dinner & they seem to help reduce my silent reflux symptoms. They taste great too!

Good to bring in long flights too
Why did you pick this product vs others?: It really do help with my aching tummy and when I get so dizzy and nauseated, I reach out for this. Very mild taste but it does help me. Target is always out of stock, I had to order it in Amazon.

Very effective
These are surprisingly effective at relieving nausea. I first learned about them on a whale tour, and those people know all about fighting motion sickness! I've bought them a couple times since then and they're helpful for all kinds of queasy issues. They've helped counter medication side effects, and I keep a few in my purse for traveling. I appreciate that the science behind the ginger helping is legit, and not pseudoscience. I like the different strength options these come in, and I think the price is great for what you get.
