Two plates were chipped and two cups were broken. We needed it for a show we are doing this week so hugely disappointed. It was packaged on the outside with lots of bubble wrap but the interior boxes had damage. It looks like it was already broken before packed for shipping. The tea set is really cute.Update: Was asked to send pictures of the damage and I did. Never received a reply.
