No, same pump just different folks selling it.

can you effectively clean the underside of your car with the included wand?

It doesn’t have pressure to clean anything.. Sure it can spray some cleaner foam effectively under a car if you wanted to. I wouldn’t use it for this purpose.

Can the pressure release valve be replaced? Ours has worn out after 6 months.

I don't know what 'non-foaming nozzle' you would be referring to... This is a Foam Sprayer - it sprays foam - and very well!! Never tried to NOT spray foam. Love it !!
