Great medium for water mixable ouls
This medium worked better than water with my Cobra water mixable oils. It was a very easy soap and water water clean up. I will be purchasing more!

unusual alternative to linseed oil
This Cobra 091 Painting Medium is a bit thicker than regular linseed oil. The more you add to your paint, the more it will flow and level, but after a few minutes it will get sticky and tacky - like honey. Most artists won't like this, but I soon saw this as a helpful attribute to my painting method - because it allows subsequent layers to be painted over top sooner. Maybe it was intentionally formulated this way.This has replaced linseed oil for my oil painting needs. I use it with various water-miscible and regular oil paints - not just Talens Cobra. It has a slight yellowish color similar to linseed oil - which usually won't be noticeable in the finished work. It has a slight artificial smell...different than linseed oil. This is to be expected because it's a synthetic mixture. This is the 250ml size. Unless you paint a lot, the 75ml size should be enough to last a long time.

Its sticky and doesn't dry
This product must have linseed oil in it. It doesn't seem to work like other mediums I have used for water soluable oils. Its really sticky and doesn't dry for a LONG time.

This label is all askew and it smells rancid.
