These are super cute gowns. However, I bought them for my baby who is about 6 weeks old, so almost 2 months. I think this product is more for a 6 month old (or even 3-6 month old) rather than 0-6 month infant. I am still happy with the purchase, since he will grow into them, but they definitely won't fit a baby less than 3 months old.

I bought this product thinking that it was a great price for 3 gowns . After a few washes, it's stretches and it does not go back to its original form. This product hangs off of my babies shoulders because the neck is way too big and has been so Stretched out. My baby is an average size baby and I expected this to fit him. Also the mittens that fold over the hands do not stay and his fingers are constantly coming out. I would not recommend this product nor would I buy it again. I actually avoid having to put these gowns on him unless everything else is dirty. It is definitely worth buying something that is better made for a more expensive price. The material on these counts is just too flimsy

My daughter is 4 months and 17-18 lbs. these fit her great. When we first got them she was a newborn and they are huge and the neck was way too wide. They fit perfectly now. She typically wears 3-6 month or 6 month clothes. Carters- she wears 6 month, gerber- 3-6 months. I would say they run a little large. The 0-6 month size do have mittens. We roll the sleeves up and they stay because they are a little long. They’re thin so she doesn’t get hot (she gets hot a night) and the bottom is stretchy for easy diaper changes. My daughter is a pretty big 4 month old and they are still slightly baggy, so you be the judge if they will fit your baby. After being washed they shrink a little. This is a new one (pictured) that hasn’t been washed.Take note: again they are thin, the run a little large a brand new baby may not be able to wear these without them being huge.

As some of the other reviewers mentioned, these gowns are fairly loose... but that's why I bought them, so thanks much to those reviewers. Gowns in general make diaper changes much easier on both parent and child at night. The problem with the Carter's and Gerber's gowns is that they're really small, and the elastic at the bottom is so tight that it leaves an elastic line on the legs of my 10 week old, 12#, 25 inch long, active baby who like to stretch out.By contrast, this brand's gown is more stretchy at the bottom. It's still tight enough that you don't need to worry about the gown riding up past the baby's diaper, so there's no suffocation risk here.Also love the lightweight fabric, as I can still layer on an Aden and Anais muslin sleep sack if necessary, but the gowns alone kept my baby covered and at a safe body temp during the summer.It's been really hard to find gowns that fit my baby without turning her into a little sausage with elastic rib marks on her legs, and I really love this set. Thanks very much to Luvable Friends designers for making a gown in this size.

I'm pregnant with my 5th baby, and never had though of a gown for boys till my 4th... and I only had one, which I used every day it was clean.So, I made sure that this baby will have enough of them but buying this set. Makes diapering much easier! Lent one to my friend when her newborn wet through his clothes and spit up on them, and the others are already waiting to go to the hospital. I love that they can be worn from birth through 6 months; that'll allow for plenty of use! Also, this baby wouldn't let us see what gender to expect, so this design is perfect - gender neutral without being tacky. My absolute favorite baby clothes!As to the negative size remarks: it's made to fit a newborn all the way up to 6 months, rather than 0-3mos. As a mom of 4, soon to be 5, I know that you can't accommodate the 6 month size without it being a bit large on a 0-3 month old baby. That's just not realistic. But I'll gladly deal with the extra fabric to save money on clothes that a baby will wear only a matter of months, so I can stretch that cute little clothing piece to last 3-4 more months longer than another brand!

These onesies CAN NOT POSSIBLY be for a 0-6 month old. They'd fit a 9-12 month old they are so large! The fabric is super soft and I ordered them for my newborn because I was in love with the print. This is UBER disappointing!!! I've done a side by side comparison of a 0-6 month old gown and this "0-6" nightgown to show what I mean.

We love using nightgowns with our baby since it is so easy to check/change diapers without waking up baby. We bought these nightgowns for our 2 months old baby (13.5 pounds) and they fit pretty well with lots of extra room for growing. So it worked out really well for us but I think they are way too big for a newborn. I think the size on these should be 3-6 months, not 0-6. We also own Gerber nightgowns and we've been wearing them since birth, so if you are shopping for a newborn nightgown, I would buy Gerber brand as they are quite a bit smaller than these Lovable Friends nightgowns.Also, these nightgowns are pretty light and the material is very thin, which I actually like since we live in Hawaii and it can get pretty warm at night. The quality is pretty good too, we've been wearing them for a few weeks and they still look like new. I am giving it 4 stars only because the sizing is somewhat misleading - they are way too big for a newborn baby, and it's not just the length/width, the neck part is really wide for a newborn.

Just what I was looking for! I absolutely love gowns for my daughter, but she's in 12 month size now and I've had ZERO luck finding any baby gowns that are larger than 6 months. So yes, these are pretty large for 0-6, they are actually more like size 12-18. But they fit my chunky 6 month old perfectly! The fabric is perfect, not too thin or too thick and the print is beautiful...just great quality all around. I also like the fact that the bottom elastic isn't rediculously tight like I've experienced with other brands. Awesome find!

I ordered this product for my 1 month old DD. It is a bit bigger, but the size is 0-6months so it is expected. It looks beautiful, thr patterns are very cute, the material is soft. I just folded the sleeves and we are useing it every day. Those goens make very easy the night change od nappies

Annoying to put on baby. Supposed to make night changes easier. Rides up when baby sleeps.
