When I first saw this clock, I wanted it immediately. The first order arrived, and the hour hand was broken. I returned it and they replaced it and was shipped to me in a very timely manner. Great product, but I’m lucky it arrived in functional order. I literally thought that either the packing staff were trying to cause the company to collapse with bad packaging (or couldn’t care less that they packaged the clock so poorly), or someone was playing a really bad joke. The box was way oversized and cushioning material was minimal.

Disappointed! The specifications stated wood frame. My frame is plastic. Too expensive for a plastic frame. Would not have ordered if I had known this.

The clock was packaged very well to ensure it arrived undamaged. It looks great on my wall and is really easy to read - even the darker areas. Also, it is quiet. Very happy with this beautiful clock.

I loved the lighthouse. I didn’t like how it stopped working. It didn’t keep time for a month at least, but seems ok now. The seller reached out to me in a prompt manner and sent me a replacement part. These do come with a lifetime warranty, which they honor. I am a satisfied customer.
