The final book in Rosetree's empath series is the "dessert." Where the first three books focused mainly on turning empath gifts off (therefore giving the natural-born empath a more happy and effective life) , this one gives us skills to soar in consciousness safely and with accurate results. Highly recommended.

I'd recommend having a personal session with an RES practitioner to confirm you are an empath. It can be aurically verified. Then, this book will be a game changer -in a good way! Thanks to Rose.

I love all the books in Rose's Emath Empowerment series, including this one. Doing a Skilled Empath Merge, on purpose, and on my terms, is pretty remarkable. No other empath author teaches you how to be in complete control of your empath gifts. No one else has offered me the reality of hope that I can live my life with strength and self-authority.... and grow in all ways humanly possible. Thank you, Rose.

If you are an Empath but you haven't heard of Skilled Empath Merge.... well then you will be in for a surprise. In Rosetree's eyes, Skilled Empath Merge is the entire point of being an Empath.I've now used the techniques in the book to do Skilled Empath Merges myself and I would recommend any Skilled Empath to do it themselves! If you're not a Skilled Empath yet read one of her other Empath Empowerment books first as you need to be skilled in order to progress into doing Skilled Empath Merges.As ever, Rose peppers the book with interesting tales, jokes, quizzes and has helpful Q&As for the reader before and after the techniques.

It read as a literal transcript from a recording. Poorly written and edited. Very disappointing book.
