Heavy Duty 3/4" Brass Shut Off Valve with Large Handle, Full Flow Garden Hose Connector

As soon as this arrived from Amazon, I installed it on my garden hose, and I immediately noticed the quality. The solid brass construction feels incredibly durable, and the oversized handle is comfortable to grip and turns on and off effortlessly. It has a heavy-duty feel that inspires confidence it will last for many seasons. The full-flow design provides excellent water pressure with no noticeable restriction, and it creates a tight, leak-free connection. It has made switching between my spray nozzle, foam cannon, and other hose attachments quick and convenient without having to walk back to the spigot every time. This is one of the few shutoffs on Amazon that shows the opening and gives an exact measurement. The wide opening provides full flow to my commercial 3/4" hoses. I've bought 4 or 5 of these over the past few years, and even the oldest of them have been performing as new. If I were to make one nitpick, it would be that the lever is so long that when the closed hose is dropped on the ground the lever sometimes takes the brunt of the hit. But even on concrete this has not resulted in damage. And it's the length of the lever that provides the, umm, leverage, so that long lever is a good thing overall. It does what it's supposed to do, and at a reasonable price, so go ahead and buy it, skip the mocha lattecino a couple days if you don't have the budget. This'll last a lot longer.

Great little gadget to get full flow control on hose. Only downside is that any throttling sprays the water, so it is either full flow or spraying. Wish there was a way to control a smooth flow of water but turning off the flow and reducing at the faucet is not to hard.

This bad boy is robust. Reel in your hose dragging this thing through a mine field and it will come out smelling like a rose. Large handle makes it easy to use. I liked it so much I just ordered another one.

So don't pay more! This is a full flow-1/2" valve with 1/4 turn stainless ball in a nylon socket. It will easily outlast several hoses. It will be stiff at first so give it some break-in and it will begin to easily 'snap' off when called upon. The longer on/off handle makes using a breeze. And the solid brass housing make it nearly indestructible. I am pleased to use this with the old school brass twist nozzle sprayer. Never leaks and does what I want it to do without fail!

It was impossible to move the shut off lever. Returned.
