Sizing: Small=28-30, Medium=32-34, Large=36-38

Yes, there's a liner in the front. There was also a seam, which wasn't an issue for me, but might be for other people who want a cleaner line.

What is the glute measurements for each size?

Size Medium is about 11 inches across the back. This is an unstretched measurement. Also, it depends on where you measure across the back. I added a new photo to the page too.

How small are the Sides? Specifically in a size small.

The sides are 4 inch as per regulation.
