What a bargain! I bought 1 for each dog knowing I will need to add extras velcros as neither of my dogs have as much girth as they do length. Shown on my average height, 62 lb staffy who is also a daily runner so she’s pretty lean but very very muscular in build. I bought her the extra large to make sure her length was covered and that her head and neck would comfortably fit on the hood hole. She “just” fits the neck, and the length is a bit much, but I bought this knowingly.If anyone else is looking for a size reference, I hope that its is a helpful.

I’m so pleased with this rain jacket! The fabric is thick and sturdy. Well sewn. I chose a XXL because I wanted as much as possible to hang over her tail and sides/front. The strap will be longer than needed, but I will add a Velcro strip on top. My girl is a 65 lb Golden. She could have easily worn an XL.It’s very hard to size your pup. Really need to guess and return until you get the fit you want. I would suggest this item to a friend.

The material is hefty and there are rear leg straps to help keep it on right. Because I wanted to be sure the dog's hind quarters were covered, I bought a XL instead of a L for my Australian Shepard. I should have purchased a large. The hood flops over his face - not a product fault. I think the large would have covered the hind quarters adequately. Moral of story - buy to size with this particular product.

Absolutely love! My yellow lab is 90 lbs and wearing an XL. Not tight around the neck and comfortable for his size. The elastic bands that go around the legs are a great feature to keep the raincoat in place. Happy that there’s an opening on top for his harness and leash to come out of.

The strap around the chest is very generous and I probably should’ve bought the XL instead of XXL as my dog has a 34 inch chest. The XL accommodates up to 33in and the XXL starts at 37. I went with the XXL because when I bought previous other brand coats, he would bust out of them when he runs. This also has leg straps to help keep them on, although in the video we didn’t put them on and u see me adjusting it. It’s also very stylish but still manly enough that my husband likes it on him. The material is waterproof and keeps the top and sides of my dog dry in the rain

It fits ok for my 18lb dog. I am happy with overall design and quality of this product. I found 2 Kaizen suggestions to the manufacturer. 1. The hood string. I fixed it by adding a spring loaded locks. This is is a tiny little device you can add to improve the usability. 2. The body strap. It is 2 inch long for my dog so I wished you used a side released plastic buckels instead of a velcro.

Got this for my husky german shephard mix. Its great material and i love that it reached to the exact point i wanted it to cover her tail wise. My only issue was that the hoodie wouldn't cover her head or further up her neck since the elastics on the inside that hold it in place by her hind legs would keep it from going any further up. Other than that its a really great product but i really think it depends on your dog size &how this fits since it seems to work for other people.

This was so cute on my dog. Once I got it on her and she got used to it she was still able to run around and play a little bit. She probably would have played more but I didn't want her to ruin it! 🙃 That being said the material seems really durable. But we've only had to use it a couple times while camping.It's really hard to find the right size for a pitbull. This was the closest and proportion to my dog's size. The hood wouldn't stay up but I've never found one that does. I think it's more for aesthetics than it is for usefulness. And it sure does look cute.I wish they'd find a better way to secure the back legs. The stretchy string like material is the same that's used on all these types of raincoats. But for my dog it kept sliding into her lady parts like a g-string. I'm sure that couldn't have been comfortable.I ordered an extra large because her chest measured 33 in which is in between sizes on the chart so I went up instead of down. Unfortunately that was a mistake because it hung below her chest making it harder for the raincoat to be secured to her. That's my fault though. Like I said it's hard to size for a pit bull because they're proportions are a lot different than most dogs. I wish they would give you a lot more freedom in adjusting these raincoats around the neck and chest.Bottom line she looks cute and it worked as far as keeping the rain off.
