This is a great affordable substitute for real pure vanilla extract. I know it’s a knock off of the real stuff, but it has great flavor and works perfectly in all sorts of desserts. I use it in homemade cocoa, baked goods and puddings. I use a little more of it than I would pure extract, but it’s so cheap that it’s still a great deal.
