Receipes For Bread Made On The Show
Recipes like the bakes on the Great British Bake Off. There are bread rolls (sesame, onion, oatmeal), Walnut Roguefort Loaf, Cottage Loaf, Onion Bread, Pizza, Olive & Rosemary Focaccia, Gluten Free & Spelt, Flat Breads, Naans, English Muffins, Pretzels, Rye, Harvest Wreath, Challah, and Ciabatta! (and more recipes as well) They all bring back happy memories from watching the show. There is a measuring conversion chart in the back, because the receipes are in British measurements, just remember 25 grams is one ounce - I just pencil in the cups/ounces before I start. I have had so much fun making bread. I wish I had more pictures of my bakes. I've made quite a few english muffins in all kinds of flavors and lots of bread. They have a second book with Sweet Rolls and Savory Bread. This book is more of the classics

Okay, and good info. Typos super frustrating
Seems to be a decent book, but every 'ft' is missing. Often is o en, after is a er, etc. This is quite frustrating because I have to stop and think about what the word should be.

So many different recipes to try out!
After watching the show, I really wanted to see if I would be able to make any of the amazing breads. I really appreciate that the recipes are sorted by level of difficulty so that I can somewhat be aware of what's expected.I've tried making a few of the breads and can't wait to try out some more!

Best Bread Cookery Book
This book is by far the best for baking breads. The best thing about it is it is suitable for all levels because you don't have to worry about creating a starter. It used dried yeast which makes it so convenient when it comes to trying out the recipes. Nice picture too.

Kindle edition has some errors
Really enjoying the book so far. Only complaint is that every once and awhile some letters are missing (see picture). For the most part it isn’t a huge deal, I can figure it out. But it is annoying since this is a cookbook.

A great bread book’
I’ve started getting recipe books as ebooks now because:A) they’re cheaperB) I can just wrap my iPad or iPhone in cling film and the touch screen works but I don’t get it messyC) the hyperlinked recipes in the contents are so easy! This is such a good collection of bread recipes! Too often I feel like I buy a recipe book and half of them are things I can already make and feel like filler recipes, or are too niche and I’d rarely use them! This strikes such a good balance and I would definitely recommend it! I love the beginning with extra info too. I like knowing what my ingredients are doing.
