Good book for self help.

I watched a Dr. Phil show where the book was mentioned, so I bought it. I was so excited to dig in to be the best I can until the 2 nd page referred me to the first book that I dont have...Had I know this I would have bought both, so now I have to order his first book so I can properly find out who I really am! We (lol) were looking forward to finding myself! All joking aside, I need to order that now BUT, if IM READING something that isn't on my phone, it has to be something good so kudos for the suspense!
