If I make a shakes with this do I still use 3 scoops I also put banana and strawberries in?

From a protein perspective, yes, but if you were to add other sources of protein such as peanut butter, then you could lower the serving suggestion. Try to make sure that your smoothie is at least 15-20g of protein. You might also want to add extra water due to the thickness create by the fruit. Lastly, a whey shake should always be made with water, but if you add milk or milk alternatives to a smoothie, check the dilution rate and importantly the nutritional changes. The calories can quickly add up. Happy blending!
