**Q: How do you remove the safety cover? *Found a video that shows someone pulling on the bottom plastic blade!**
A: Yes, I had the same question. So, very carefully, I pulled the plastic blade (the flat plastic blade closest to the steel blades) downward and slowly worked it off using even pressure all around. Then I slipped off the safety cover. The plastic blade can then be reattached by re-aligning the ring. Thanks everyone for the advice.

**Q: can it chop meat? e.g. small steak to make a cheesesteak?**
A: Hi, this manual food processor can chop, blend and puree ingredients i.e. hard vegetables like carrots. I recommend to add the steak meat into bit sized pieces and chop to the desired texture. Hope this helped ;)

**Q: Can I make dough with this chopper?**
A: I don't think you can make dough with this.  It's basically just for chopping, smaller than needed to make dough. and would get all gummed up.

**Q: can this chop raw cauliflower for cauliflower "rice"**
A: Yes I have used this device to chop almonds.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing chopper: actually works and is relatively easy to clean

I am feeding two toddlers and so I try to chop my vegetables very fine. I also am really busy and don’t have a lot of time for cooking. So for a year I have been looking for a chopper that will chop vegetables very fine, can chop hard vegetables like carrots, and it’s easy to clean. I have tried the alligator grid chopper and a mandolin that dices, but both did not chop the vegetables as small as I wanted, and were hard to clean. I finally tried this chopper and I am so happy with it! You can control the size of the chopping by how many times you pull the cord. You can pull the cord a few times for a rough chop, or as many times as you want to get a finer and finer size. It worked great on a hard vegetable like carrot, and I have used it with great success for onion, zucchini, chopping parsley and basil very fine, mincing ginger and mincing garlic. I have made several meals and I’m very happy with it. Probably the most challenging part is cleaning the lid, which is not supposed to be submerged in water. I imagine getting it wet would interfere with the cord pulling mechanism. I wipe it down right away before the food residue dries up. I also had to read the instructions in order to figure out how to remove the bottom white attachment in order to pull off the protective blade cover. I always use the chopper with the white attachment at the bottom because it allows you to chop the vegetables finer… As it rotates it scoops the vegetable pieces upwards towards the blades so they can be chopped. Of course, the blades are very sharp so you have to be careful when handling and washing it. I have already recommended this chopper to friends!
