My original bottle came crushed at the bottom. The seller immediately replaced it and sent another one packaged so carefully, it could have been a faberge egg. Wonderful service. Superior product. Won't buy anything else for vanilla bean paste.

I received the item completely smashed. Contacted the seller and they replied very quickly and sent out a new one which arrived today. Quality seems really good, smells great and you can see all of the vanilla beans.
