Product is good and value for money. But if bulb is also provided along with this then it’s easy for customers. Otherwise one need to buy bulb.

Faulty Lamp holder tripped the power for the entire apartment. Not reachable customer care.
The item is good looking and adds beauty to the balcony where I installed it. However, my unit had a faulty holder and it tripped the power for the entire apartment. As I had it delivered few days back (18th August 2021) and got it installed on 29th August 2021, Amazon refused to return and replace (missed the return Window by few hours). Tried reaching out to Homesake customer service as well but no response either on phone or e-mail. Not sure if there customer service is active. Waste of money for me. Disappointed with the customer service.
