Honfeng USB-C HDMI-Adapter Hub: 4K Multi-Port AV Converter with 3 USB 3.0 and Type c Charging Port

I need a additional USB C adapter since I travel a lot, plus I don't want to plug/unplug the only adapter I have in my office every time I am going to travel or work from home. So I decide to get this adapter to suit my needs. The design itself is a really good match to my Macbook Pro because they are both in the silver color and it's also aluminum. The weight of it is fairly light and easy to carry around. I'v tested all 5 connecting plugs, the USB 3.0 works great and the data transfer speed is fast. The 4K HDMI I wouldn't know if it's truly 4K since I don't have a 4k TV at home, but the video quality it displayed was very nice and steady on my Sharp Aquos 60'' TV. The USB C port is also working good that it provide great charging speed to my iPhone while I multitasking on both my iPhone and Macbook in the same time. The size of it is really a plus that I can always leave it in my laptop case with no issue at all. This adapter is definitely worth buying because the price is very acceptable and the functionality is perfectly enough for both office and home.

I was disappointed when apple stopped giving the hdmi port on the new MacBook that I bought, it had only 3 USB-C ports, I was looking for something that can convert the USB-C to HDMI, I was also looking for a USB-C to USB to plug my pendrive, This works perfect, I can connect both pendrive and also export the DISPLAY to my TV at the same time and use my TV as a secondary display and watch movie while I work. The reason for the 5 starts is because it works great with Samsung s9 phone that my wife has, she can export the display. For our last party with friends, she connected her phone and showed our vacation pictures to friends on big TV. I was happy to find this small gadget that solved my problem. I purchased this adapter to use with my newly acquired MacBook Pro. Give my new MacBook Pro only comes with two USB-C ports, I needed an adapter with HDMI, USB ports. I've looked through a lot of adapters on Amazon, this one not only matches the functionality I wanted but also comes with an extra USB-C port which allows me to charge my laptop while projecting or transferring data which is a plus. The case is made of premium aluminum alloy, looks sleek, and matches my MacBook. I accidentally dropped it a few times, it did not show any damage or scratch to the casing and it continues to work, very well built.In terms of data transfer speed, I tried backing up some photos and videos up 5GB in size to a USB drive, it took about 2-3 minutes to finish.Overall a great buy if you are looking for a 5 in 1 adapter that looks sleek and work well.

I recently purchased a new laptop which had only 1 HDMI port and while shopping for type c hub to take advantage of using my secondary monitor. This item got delivered to me on next day and I am very impressive of its performance. The hub looks stylish and compact with HDMI , 3 USB 3.0 and Type C port. MY secondary monitor which is a HD display looks brilliant when connected through this adapter and other good thing is I am able to charge my laptop in parallel. I see the speed on which the laptop gets charged through this adapter is similar to the speed that my laptop gets when charger is connected directly. for the give price.

I wasn't really sure if this was what I needed when I ordered it. What I needed was more USB ports for my laptop. What I got was AMAZING because it not only gives me more USB ports, but it also gives me a 4K HDMI port so I can use my laptop with a projector for work presentations. And the best part-it works on my home laptop and my work Macbook! The quality is outstanding and I would have expected to pay a lot more for this adapter. I feel like I got way have expected to pay a lot more for this usb c adapter. I feel like I got way more for my money. I am in love with this gadget!

I haven't tested power delivery yet not sure it's even capable. I use it for DEX. Everything works so far no glitches no problems i experienced with 3 other different hubs. USB 3.0 data transfer is fast, my phone charges fast with a regular popular brand 2.4A charger. The board is a little loose inside the housing. Not sure how long it'll last but as long i everything i need stays plugged in it should be ok.

When I decided to order this adapter I had actually already ordered one to be delivered to my house. The reason I ordered this one as well is that it was a great value and it also eye catching. I ordered it so that I could hook up my Samsung Galaxy S9 to my television and use the all famous DEX mode. I am happy to say that it worked perfectly with great quality picture being produced from my mobile device directly to my television. I am very happy with this adapter and if ever need another one, I know where I will be going to see about getting one.

I found this while I was looking for an adapter so that my daughter can connect a mouse to her MacBook Air. So glad I did.
