A process but successful
Overall it is a cute playset our toddler loves. There were a few hiccups and parts broken/cracked upon delivery. Thankfully they weren't pieces that were damaged weren't structural and just "decorative" adornments. They there instruction were clear enough we did have to learn from a couple mistakes with placement. It took 4 adults 6.5 hours to mostly complete (we still need to finish the bench and door).I highly recommend sorting beforehand and possibly finding a box with compartments to sort the copious amounts of screws, bolts, nuts, washers, etc. We had a couple packages tear completely and had to resort them.

Nice swingset for the money and my grandson loves it!
We purchased this swingset for my grandson and he loves it and we are pleased with it. I was apprehensive because of some reviews that people had difficulty with assembly. Now my husband and I are very handy so we really did not have any issues. We did not have any missing parts but some board were missing the letter label. However, the instructions are very clear and each step tells exactly which boards/parts you need including size so we could measure the board and figure it out. This set is not difficult to assemble but you do have to have time and patience. There are alot of parts and I recommend 2 people. We only had one issue where holes/boards did not line up but we loosed the adjacent boards and just had to do a little tugging and twisting and everything lined up fine. Since most yards are not completely level, we made sure everything was as square as possible to prevent any misalignment issues. One thing I did to help speed the assembly was I organized the screws, bolts and washers by size smallest to largest and all of the board pieces so we weren't digging through the boxes. I would gather the pieces and parts for the next step while my husband was assembling the previous step. This set came in 3 boxes. Also, the instructions do recommend sealing the wood so we bought Thompson water sealer and sealed it. It made the wood colors more vibrant and will help the set last longer. We made sure the swingset was as level as possible because our yard has a slight slope and anchored it and we have no complaints about this swingset. It is a nice swingset for the money!

Very Poor Quality in Every Aspect
The wood used for this play structure is inadequate and subpar. Pictured above is just 1 of the many pieces that came broken. It was the first one I found, so I thought I would take a picture and see if I could get it replaced. I didn’t realize how many of the boards would be cracked or broken. I didn’t have enough time to take other pictures…I was too angry about the situation. (Unfortunately, to put everything back together and return it would be pretty impossible). Every 3rd pice of wood is either cracked or broken completely through, as seen in the pictures. No matter how gently you try to put in the screws or bolts, the possibility of cracking the pieces that aren’t cracked when you receive the box is very high.On the bottom of the structure under the counter where the bench is, there aren’t enough slats that are supposed to create a wall, or they are too small. I have a 3/4 in space due to the inadequate materials, and because it is supposed to replicate a tongue & groove look, you can’t space them out enough to compensate for the gap. Also, there is almost a 1/2 inch gap on the wall on the upper deck…I may be able to fill it with caulk or something, but I shouldn’t have to!!! Although I haven’t installed the door (as it isn’t put in until later according to the picture directions) when I put it in the place where it is supposed to be, there is a 1/2 to 3/4 inch gap between the door and the door facing. ( My husband will help me engineer another door facing to make up the difference).I’m not even done putting it together and my husband and I have had to create new pieces for wood pieces that couldn’t be glued because they were structural. The ones that were broken but not structural, I glued together…again, shouldn’t have to do this! The instructions…. You have to use your imagination quite a bit and understand a little about putting things together because the pictures (not word instructions) are not clear. There is quite a bit of room for error.I haven’t started on the slide yet, but it is not a solid piece as it looks on the picture. There are 3 pieces: the two side plastic pieces (they look sturdy enough), but the piece of flexible plastic that is the actual slide looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen!!! This flimsy piece of plastic is supposed to attach to the 2 side panels, and it is supposed to be sturdy enough for a kid to slide down? (I’ll update this review when I finish the project)Overall, I am not happy about this product. When it’s done, maybe I’ll at least be comfortable enough with the numerous “fixes” that we had to make so that the structure was in one piece. My biggest concern is whether or not it will be structurally sound for my grandchild to play on! Secondary is whether or not it will last any amount of time…and I am doubtful about the age range that the company toutsthis is directly from the manufacturer about the play set“Tested and CertifiedAll of our swing sets are certified to meet and exceed ASTM standards. We test our performance for kids up to 12-years-old, going above and beyond industry standards.”It also states on the item description that there is a 5 year warranty, but I can’t find anything in the paperwork about how to get in touch if something happens. It is definitely not worth the price!!!We shall see…

If you buy this, use the instruction app. “Bilt”.
There are 24 different different bolts and 20 different screws. Instead of assigning numbers or letters to make these combinations easy to locate they all have non sequential numbers. You have to organize by checking in each part because a few of the boards had no marking. Wood is very light. The online instructions through the app were fantastic, much better than the printed version. Low ratings due to the poor labels/identifications of parts and cheap wood.

Great purchase! So happy we bought this!!!
We did a ton of research for a swing that was both affordable, attractive and had multiple features. This fit the bill! My kids love everything about this from the swings to the slide to the play window. We did replace the tarp roof with a wood one a friend did to match the look of our house. The door, while nice, we took it off so the kids could easily run back and forth. We’re very happy with the purchase! It took my husband and a few friends a morning to build it. They said it wasn’t too difficult. I do suggest sealing it.
