Never thought I needed a facial steamer and it has changed my skincare routine. I love the feature that you can add essential oils as well for that deep steam and the benefits are great for making your serums and treatments more receptive on the skin. Every woman needs one to have a spa day at home.

I tried 2 other well rated steamers here on amazon before getting this one. The first was fine but it was very WET steam. The second was beautiful, but it actually started to lose it's intensity after a few weeks, also water leaked out of the spout when I was holding it (i let it lean foward over me to be fair) and it BURNED me, like left a scar. That was my fault obviously but since I knew I would probably do that again, I decided to spend the extra 30 bucks and try this one. It's SO EXCELLENT. POWERFUL steam, not too wet, goes a long time and doesn't leak on me at the slightest movement when I'm holding it in my hands.

Just unboxed this to use for the first time, excited to take some time for myself before bed. The device itself has a beautiful design. I settled in, set the steamer up according to the directions with distilled water and my favorite lavender oil, washed my face, and turned on the steamer. The blue light came on, but steam never came on. I double checked all the directions, the water amount, and tried it in a different outlet. Ten minutes later, no steam ever came out. Very, very disappointing, and I see this happened to another reviewer.I ordered a replacement, and I’m sincerely hoping the second product does not arrive defective as well. Will update review based on replacement.

I purchased this because I thought it would not only help with my skincare overall but more specifically serve as a prep for skincare extractions and face masks. In terms of setup, it’s very easy to fill with water, but I’ve noticed after filling and screwing the cap on and placing back in there’s usually some leakage into where the water tank is held. The water warms up and when the steam is released, it comes out inconsistent. The stream of steam will be strong at some points of use and weak in others causing me to have to go between leaning forward into and out of it while I’m on my phone or laptop; making the directional nozzle almost useless. When it comes out, the smell is this nasty burnt smell almost like a burnt plastic. When you set the nozzle, keep in mind you cannot shift it around for the remainder of the 15-20 minutes so if you want your whole face to be covered you will have to be moving around. Lastly the steam does not allow for extractions! If anything the steam ends up almost making your skin feel a temporary tightness. It is easier than resting your face over a pot of steaming water with a towel and the heat up time is much quicker, but for what it does isn’t as great of an effect as for what I was looking for. If anything had I known it would not match my needs, I would have much rather looked or another brand or stuck to boiling my own water for 12 minutes. It’s decent though if your needs are only wanting to steam your face without having to step into a shower or use a pot of water as all you need to do is fill and plug it in.

I loveeeee this facial steamer. It’s perfect for your face. It has a timer built in for safety too. You can aim the steam, making it easier to adjust to your needs. Must buy if you’re looking for a facial steamer

I made a investment for my business Bdiorbeautystudio a light steamer that I can travel with this product broke after two try’s you would think how expensive it is that it would work way better but it has completely stopped never been dropped or anything VERY UPSET and will be getting a refund not even a replacement and will be looking to see other companies to invest in , don’t waste your time !!!

I am using this product as I write this review... I LOVE it!! I recently had my first baby and let me tell you, pregnancy was awful. On top of that... a pandemic! Needless to say I’ve severely neglected my poor skin for the last ten months and it’s definitely been noticeable. Sick of feeling like garbage I decided to reinvigorate my skin care routine by finally purchasing a facial steamer. This product is amazing! It’s elegant and so easy to use. The steam is a very gentle cloud that pushes out far enough that this is comfortable to use and (I imagine, based on MY experience) rather hard to injure yourself by getting too close. Plus... I mean it’s easy to entertain yourself on your phone while using this thing. This is my first baby and it’s only been a month since her birth. I’ve been starting to lose touch with myself and how to relax- this is my new paradise when I need “me” time.

I got this for my sister-in-law for her birthday and it is absolutely fantastic! easy to use and sleek, I'm now considering getting one for myself!

This product was awsome. It was great for steaming during the virus as you should steam your nostrils
