Great value for money
The reviews about this being fast are correct. But if you have the right bowl its not a problem. I ordered a 4lt Pyrex bowl to go with this and despite other reviewers gripes I haven't had a problem. Meaning NO mess. What I would say is you may need to "pulse" whisk some mixes, but you soon workout which ones. Great for cakes, light Yorkshire puddings, and fluffy meringues.

Poor design and cheaply made
Overly heavy, poor power levels, level one is extremely fast there is no option to beat gently. Broke after 10 uses, opened it up to dust it, turns out the gears were plastic and had worn down rendering it useless

Avoid
Seemed like a very good hand mixer and although it’s powerful and easy to handle one of the paddles doesn’t stay in just after few light uses. Not happy as for this price I would have expected something more reliable.
