We have city water, but it leaves behind a residue on the faucets and in our showers. After installing the filters, the water tastes different, and seems to be better in the shower. The amount of time that was required to clean my poof went from over a minute to about 15 seconds. I guess we had hard water. So glad I purchased this. The install was pretty easy. It says it prefers the plastic fittings over the brass shark bite fittings, but they worked fine. I had to wrap a couple of layers of silicone, but it worked out fine in the end. I believe this is a very good system, price wise, and the ability to remove contaminates. I wish I would've done this years ago. Update - I can't say enough about this filtration system. It's amazing! The water is so much better. Loving this filtration system. Install was quite easy as well. I luckily hit studs on both sides, but I also added a couple of toggle bolts in between just out of concern for the weight of the system with it being full of water.

My water smelled like eggs and literally within 5 minutes of turning the filter on, the water had no smell. I still ran the water for about 10 minutes to get the clear water as the directions say but the water taste great and has no smell now. I would suggest having your water tested before installing to be sure of what is in the water, but for us this system works perfectly!

This may be the best unit currently manufactured. It is bigger than you think. Heavy duty and constructed very well. I am impressed by how well this unit is built. You need a good mounting plan for it. Well worth the money!

I’m a builder and have installed two of these in luxury houses that I’ve built. Both units cause the reduction in water, pressure and water flow that required us to uninstall the units. The most recent one on my own house we again had severe reduction in flow and pressure. I had our plumber come take detailed rates of flow (Gallons per minute) and pressure (PSI) both with and without the filters in place. I was shocked that our flow was cut in half from 18 GPM before filter to 9 GPM after filter. I’ve tried removing the CRK filter since those usually reduce pressure more than the carbon and cloth filter. No meaningful change in flow. I’m bummed these did not work out.

This is after 1 month! The sediment filter is starting to turn a light brown. It comes white! The Filter is working as intended has really knocked our hard water and scale down. We are on city water but they pull from a well. As I saw on here other are complaining about the gauges one of mine was bad as well. Would have got a 5 star but the gauge dropped it down to 4!

Installed on March 15, 2025. Have seen a noticeable difference with our well water. Our showers and toilets are no longer staining orange.So far, no issues at all with this product.2nd photo is from April 23, 2025.
