Can someone tell me what hardware is needed? It came without any hardware.

Mine came in a damaged box, missing bolts to put it together and missing a grip on one of the bars. Don’t buy it

What are the twelve grips? I am blind and cannot see the pictures; please list the different grips available.

I am not sure about twelve grips, only six grips. Two are wide grips about two feet equally apart. Another two grips are closer together at about six inches apart. The last two grips are curved about spaces at about one to two feet apart.

It says it goes up to 32in but does it adjust smaller??

It doesn't adjust big or small, it's a fixed size. It is still compatible with smaller doorways, you just get less width on the bar for pull-ups. The wider the door, the more width on the bar you get.
