It took me months to confirm this issue as I could not believe the CPU was "Bad" and wanted to try alternative Motherboards, Ram and Cooling Solutions. (I have never had a Bad CPU before in decades of computer repair) I have since tested this CPU with 4 different Mother boards and a dozen Ram variations I can boot into windows and use browsers, but the minute I put it under a typical load it crashes. I assume in good faith that this issue did not show up in the "refurbishing process" and I understand I am way past any suppliers "responsibility" for a refurbished Item.
