Ceramic coating defective
I returned this twice and I won't be buying it again. The ceramic coating was broken at the metal tip on the lid, I originally chalked it up to shipping damage. I sent it back, got a replacement and it was broken in exact same place.

Love!
Great tagine. Used it to bake bread and it turned out great. I used parchment but I don’t think that was necessary. The interior of the vessel has a smooth finish.

Such a nice looking piece unfortunately
There is a slight defect in the enamel near the handle. The beautiful yellow Enamel didn't come up to the handle. It's a shame because it ruins the beauty of this piece of cooking wear. I have used it twice and it cook's beautifully. I can live with the imperfections as it's too much effort to take back and get a new one. I just hope it doesn't flake off further. I just want everyone to be aware it may not come to you, perfect.

Poor quality
While the tajine does it’s job and will make yummy meals, the products arrived with small damage on the enamel. When I requested an exchange I received another tajine with the same exact problem
