Works Great
Worked great to clean plastic model parts and remove small scratches. Didn't have to use the heavy scratches product.

Only thing that worked!
I make art with acrylic and one of the panels in my art project was severely scratched during transporting it to a festival. I tried everything to buff the scratches out but this was the only thing that worked. For small scratches you can use a microfiber cloth. For the larger scratches, I used a little rotary tool with a microfiber cloth attachment to make the process go more quickly. When I turn on the LEDs in my project you can't see the scratches at all anymore. If you hold it up to a bright light, you can definitely see them, but only from certain angles. And the scratches were really deep. The small scratches are completely gone. I'll need more of this eventually I'm sure. Highly recommend this!

It's a great system, highly recommend for light to medium scratches.
This product worked very well. My Nissan infotainment screen had scratch across the screen for the longest time. I tried so many different methods and it would not work. I first tried the fine scratch remover first and it took some of the scratch away. I then used the heavy remover, and it took the rest of the scratch out. Cleaned it then used the plastic clean, and it now looks brand new. I also had a bunch of very fine scratches all over the instrument cluster. I used just the Fine scratch remover and the plastic clean and shine at it came out perfect. I was very surprised how well if worked. If you have fine to medium surface scratches this product will take care of it. It's a great system, highly recommend.

Works, kind of
Had some deep scratches in my helmet shield. This product lessened them, but didn't completely get rid of them. I can live with the results.

Overhyped and Ineffective
Honestly, I regret it. Despite following the instructions and applying multiple times on the same surface, I saw zero improvement. The scratches looked exactly the same. Very disappointed — the product did not work as advertised.

Polish
It worked s little but not what I needed. It might work really well for something less sun damaged

Worked, somewhat, but at the cost of my fish's life
It took a very long time to achieve even a basic level of scratch removal and even then it seemed to just reduce it. This was only a lightly scratched acrylic tank. In the slideshow description for this product you can clearly see "Households+Hobbies } Plastics } Aquariums", so I made the mistake of assuming it was safe for aquariums. It isn't. My son's fish died in less than 24 hours afterwards, despite an insane amount of rinsing and cleaning residue off (no I did not simply use the tank as-is after treatment) before attempting to add the fish back. The tank does look better, but if I knew then what I know now I wouldn't have used it.

This Stuff Works
After reading an article on a drumming forum, I originally bought this to remove some embedded dust from a lacquer finish that was on a drum, which it did so beautifully. However, after reading the reviews, I applied this stuff to the headlights on my vehicle. They were so cloudy I was going to spend the $300 and get a new pair. After using this on the headlights I don't need to buy new headlight lenses: I took my time, went through all 3 steps and they look (and function) like new. Great product and great money saver.
