This is ‘single strength’
Basically it’s very watery compared to the normal Clearspring Tamari you’d buy in a bottle. Now some might be happy but why buy something that is a watered down version of the real thing?

Perfect tamari
This tamar I have used for over thirty years.Unfortunately it seems to have disappeared off the shelves of local outlets, which is extremely frustating. Problem: thought I was purchasing a 500 ml bottle.

Organic, gluten free tamari sauce
I am intolerant to wheat and artificial additives. This is the only soy sauce on the market I can eat without feeling tired afterwards. It is a pity that the price has gone up so much on the Amazon website, otherwise I would keep ordering from here.
