This is the best harness i have found. I have purchased others (sporn, dexdog) and this one has not caused my pug to cough and seem out of breath when she decides to pull on the leash. The back strap is secure so i am not worried about her pulling out of it. (She did the dexdog). I like the colors because each of my pugs (3) has a different color wardrobe ( collars, leashes, sweaters). Would recommend. My 5 month pug wears a medium and my 2 month pug wears an XS for now. I have a small waiting for her as she gets bigger.

Not happy with these at all. It was almost traumatic to put these on on my little yorkie mixes because you have to wrestle them over their heads. The neck part isnt adjustable and it pulls over their head, but the worst thing was once we got them on and went outside, the latches came undone the first time they pulled and they were out and free. These are 6 pound dogs! Now fortunately my puppies are already well trained and they stayed and listened to me to come and I picked them up and we went back inside. If my dogs were runners they would have been gone and down the street. I tossed the harnesses and purchased a better quality one that they step into.

Make sure you measure your dogs neck and girth before ordering - it definitely helps with ensuring proper fit. I used a piece of string and measuring tape on my Frenchie Pug puppy. Since the harness part that goes over the head is not adjustable, it’s a little tricky if your dog has a big head and a smaller neck. But these are inexpensive compared to other harnesses and worth the value

I have 3 of these for my fur babies. Size small fits my 13lb chihuahua mix perfectly. Size X-Small fits my 8lb Chihuahua mix. I have the tan, pink, red and purple and all are true to color and well padded to protect their chest when they pull.

I have a 15lb Dachshund and the small fits perfect , if she was a couple more lbs the medium would fit her .

the harness design is impraticle restrictive because the neck hole does not give room for the puppies to grow, not to mention that it is a bit challenging to slip the neck hole through my puppy's head.. i would not buy a gain. i bought this because it receives high rating from many people. i am just curious how it earns such a high rating. is it fake?any way, i would not recommend it.

I bought this item back in the beginning of September. After reading multiple reviews and looking at the size chart, it showed that my dog would be a small. This was TOO small, no stretch or pull, wasn't even able to get over dogs head. I was totally fine willing to return/exchange but when I sent my item back and put in the notes I needed a Medium, I was sent ANOTHER small harness. I have now exchanged both harness and have still not received my refund. Date is now 10/2 and I have sent back two harness' with no return in sight. Harness looked nice, felt sturdy, but experience has made me not want to buy again.

I ordered an extra small for my 6lb extra small dog. It looked like it was made to fit a toy. It was WAY too small. I'm hoping the size small I ordered for my bigger dog fits my xs dog. Then I will still have to order a new harness for my bigger dog.Besides the size, the neck part is not adjustable. That is a big downside of this. Other than that, it is well made and cute. Just be sure to order a size up from what you would normally order.
