It isn't easy to ascertain quality from an online photograph, so I was very pleasantly surprised to find a luxuriously large heating pad encased in a soft plush cover, and a carry pouch in the same material. I was impressed by the quality of the fabric, the stitching, and the design. The size of the pad itself is a smart idea, as it is at least 1/3 larger than regular heating pads and covers a much larger area. The heat it produces is smooth, evenly distributed, and relaxing. Based on the criteria of design, function, and aesthetics, I have since bought other high-end products from this company. Their support staff is friendly and efficient in answering my questions about the products, which is why I am taking the time to write this review for others looking for quality products.

Update after 1 year of use. Very happy. First: DC power! This is awesome. I am not being exposed to any AC derived EMF. This was my motive for buying this pad. Additionally, I've been pleased with it's performance. It has lasted for a year now without any trouble. Original review: Perfect temperatures: low is just enough to feel the warmth, which is perfect for circulation improvement. Medium is not too warm but very noticeable, and high is tolerable and not too hot. I noticed the low voltage plug must be inserted until it clicks, and has a longer connection length than expected, so it can be accidentally not plugged in all the way and not heat as well (a low voltage pad will be very susceptible to resistance in the connections). Also, it quit responding at the controls once, but I just reset it by unplugging it and it worked fine again.

Maybe mine is defective? It feels absolutely AMAZING and I love the carrying case... but it doesn't get hot. It gets slightly warm and that's on the highest settings. I got one from Walgreens that heated up better than this. I'm super disappointed...Update: It seems to be getting hotter now? I'm upgrading to 4 stars. Might come back to this if things change...

The pad worked good at the start, there was enough padding to make it comfortable to lie on. Unfortunately, even with sporadic use, the padding became flat and now the pad is too uncomfortable to use. I missed the return window by a week, so now I am stuck with a useless, uncomfortable massage pad.

I liked this heating pad. I use it for my feet at my work desk because there is a draft from a door that causes cold air to linger at my feet while I'm working. This heating pad is nice because it is a simple pad that gets warm when turned on. I can put my feet on top or underneath and it is very soft. The only gripe I have with this product is that I wish it got a little bit warmer. However, I know its intended purpose is for back pain relief so this is probably why it doesn't get extremely hot. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

This was good nice and soft, has progressive heat not too hot, not instant, shot down when heated for awhile but today it stopped working! It shows lights on and it is obviously plugged in but i had it for few months now it’s dead! Not even close to a year…..

It’s really good for my upper back even if i lay on it, when i turned it on it didn’t smell like something’s burning. Its size its about like half of my back was covered. Its nice to lay on my stomach too when having cramps from my period

Soo I purchased this item on Aug 14 it's now Sept 21st and I missed the deadline to return this horrible item. I forgot to try it out and boy did I make a mistake doing that. This thing on the highest setting doesn't even get warm. My butt sitting on the couch for a few hours gets warmer than this heating pad and I'm not exaggerating. I've had this heating up for about 2 hrs and nothing. I won't throw it in the trash bc I could possibly use it for my 3 year old. That's how NOT hot it gets I don't have to worry about her saying it's to hot.Update: 10/6/20I contacted the company and they issued me another heating pad. Either I have VERY cold blood or their definition of HIgh is semi warm. To be fair I even took it out of the fabric it came in left it on for 1 hr it's "ok" I can give it at least 3 stars. I'll make my own sleeve it comes it. At this point it's just to much and I probably won't be using it.
