Only bought 4 months ago and worn indoors during lockdown on carpet and now both slippers have come apart as in the picture and broken. Seller informs that due to Amazon policy no refund will be given, which is fine but no apology for the poor quality was given to me, just that I had exceeded the return date. I think this is unacceptable and others should be aware that these slippers are not as well made as you would expect and actually are not that comfortable.

In theory, a nice pair of slippers. Attractive finish, accurate size description, and a comfortable lining. Unfortunately, within 24 hours one seam burst open and four days later, it's opposite number also started to come apart. Return is not especially practical, since one has to find or purchase suitable packaging, print the label at your own expense, and take the item, also at your own expense, to the courier drop-off. On that basis I'm getting what little wear I can out of them and writing it off as a loss. Possibly other pairs will be much better, but I can only comment on what I have in my possession & have experienced, so unfortunately, I cannot recommend these on that basis.

Bought for christmas, not really worn them all that much but they're completely worn out already, to look at the soles you'd swear I've climbed ben nevis in them, not walked to the kitchen for a cuppa! If you want to replace your slippers every six months they'll do (as long as you don't take more than five steps a day), frankly I'll buy some cheap ones next time and not waste my money on these expensive tat.

So I have broken this in to three parts. The product, delivery and finally customer service.The product, really nice. Pleased with them. They feel comfy, warm and fit snug. As expected and look good.Delivery was by royal mail which is hap hazard at best. Text messages from RM saying they would arrive one day which they did not. Which led to me contacting the seller as they could query this. RM would not speak to me as I was not the sender.Customer service- After waiting around and not having a delivery. I sought assistance from the seller. Their emails were blunt and verging on rude, not answering my request. I then told them I was not happy with their response as it was rude. Now at this point the delivery replied unexpectedly and I had a sarcastic response back from the seller saying its arrived. They couldn't have cared less tbh.Final word... This company I believe is not the company I thought it was. I believed I was dealing with a business related to f and f tesco. They are not so I am not sure if they are mascarading??? I have contacted tesco accordingly.

I first noticed from looking down on the slippers that one was out of shape ..but I thought they are only a pair of slippers and I didn't want to return them for that reason it seemed trivial. They were comfortable. But for the next few weeks the fabric would leave bits all over the house...it was like Hansel and grettal leaving a trail of bread crumbs ....I wouldn't of minded for a few days.... but this is driving me mad...still four weeks later ....sorry ...returned!! ....

Very tight fit. I'm a size 9. Obviously, you wouldn't want them to be loose to start with, as they will stretch and the fur lining give a bit, but really tight to start with. Maybe order a size larger... Lovely and warm tho

Good quality slippers and they keep your feet cosy. I am normally size 10.5 and chose 11 slippers. The fit is just about OK when wearing thin socks but of course in winter (for which I bought them) one might well wear thicker socks or even two pairs! In either case they are too small. So, depending on sock habit, one might do better ordering a whole size up. I am hanging on to mine, wearing thin socks and imagining that they will stretch a bit in time. Happily with thin socks they do manage to keep your feet warm enough and because of the quality they deserve 5 stars.

Great valuefor money. PNice Finnish and fit, unlike my other moccasins that lost their shape.They are nice and warm, ideal for the cold weather coming up.I have also worn them to take my rubbish out to them bin with no problem.
