If you’re looking for differences in flavor the only sea salt in this group that stands out is the smoked version. The other 3 all taste about the same. For some reason I thought there would be differences in flavor. I suppose if you’re looking to add a final touch to a nice meal with some sea salt ground on top, then the different colors are probably helpful to make a dish stand out. Not as excited about these as I had anticipated I would be.

We discovered these wonderful salts in Israel and were delighted to see they could be ordered online from Amazon and the parent company. However, Moshe, the guy who owns 424 Below is very messy when it comes to supplying global distributors. So don't depend on Amazon or anyone else for getting them at a decent shipping price or whatever. Use to flavor e verything from meat to veggies to creamy cheese dips.

We are enjoying the various salts, my husband really loves salt and is particularly fond of the golden salt. The salts are coarse and need to be ground.

I got garlic salt, golden salt, black salt and red chili powder salt..not the description. There is no merlot..what a load of cap..no refund policy..can't contact the seller. Buyer beware.
