Surkh Saffron - 1 Gram - 100% Pure I Natural I Untouched Premium Grade 1 Saffron / Kesar

Gives really nice color...can't tell how genuine it is.....but the quality seems really good.....I performed tests shown on youtube...I added a few strands (10-15 strands) of this kesar in a glass of water (normal temperature) and waited for half hour.Result: Most of the strands remained red (indication of pure saffron according to youtube videos) except for 2-3 strands that discolored a little. The color of water looked golden as expected. Most of the strands floated on water (another indication of pure saffron) barring 2 or 3 strands.Its aroma is beautiful.

I'm no saffron connoisseur but seems like this saffron is of pretty good quality. The smell, color and slight taste is all present. Used it mostly to make joujeh kebabs or shahi tukda and this gives great flavour to both. The price is such a great plus too.

Revived this product with the seal of the pack open. However, the smell seems perfectly fine. Its quite fragrant. Just unsure if quantity has been tampered with.

Surkh saffron has nice flavour and its one of a kind...i like this saffron give nice colour and scent to every dish i make.

This product is good. Nice smell n color.. have to soak it in water or milk for 2 hrs or more.

The saffron is of a very good quality and has a great flavour and aroma! Consuming saffron milk is very good for health. Ideal for making Kheer and other savories. It's reasonably priced and definitely worth trying out once.

This is my first purchase. I dnt know how to check the purity of saffron. But wen I put this in hot water the colour doesn't fade out quickly.so I think it's original.n it smells good.
