I received the Led Flame Effect lamp with everything included to enjoy it, once it was charged. The lamp looks very much like a real flame. I'm very pleased with it! Quick delivery, very easy to set it up, and it was packaged carefully with plenty of bubblewrap to prevent any damage during transit. I would definitely buy another one!

I love this! Exactly what I was wanting. Great customer service too! Had a little problem with the lamp shade being lopsided (they are hand made) and they responded shocking to my concern and sent me a new one. Strongly recommend.
