I am starting my second bottle so it's been 2 months since I began. I didn't notice a difference until about week 5 or 6, then I started noticing a big difference! Local Walmart run out and need it for daily routine, shipping was fast and the price was actually good. Has been using this for a while and it does help with my ankle, need to keep using and expecting more improvement
