I just lost my husband in September 2021 My counselor gave me this book and I know it’s for younger people maybe but it helps so much with the people that are close to me understand what I’m going through and how you approach me and comfort me

It is a beautiful book with a tender story of love and loss. I can't write so well in Spanish but I highly recommend giving it in Spanish if that is the comfortable tongue for your friend. I've read it with grandchildren and handed it to adult survivors as well. I think it is a book to be cherished and re-read.

Don't let the illustrations fool you. This is not only for children. "Tear Soup" is in a format that offers some of the best advise, comfort and wisdom on how to deal with loss that is accessible to people of all ages. I am grateful to be able to share it with my Spanish speaking friends.No sea equivocado porque los debujos son en este forma. Este libro "Sopa de Lagrimas" no es solamente para los jovenes. La sabeduria, consuelo y consejos que lleva es para todos y son poderosos para ayudar a uno quien esta sufriendo dolor de una perdida. Estoy alegre que esta en ambos lenguas.

I have the English copy of this book, Tear Soup. I bought the Spanish translation for a colleague. Unfortunately I could not give it to my colleague because the book was torn and damaged when it arrived because of poor packaging. The book is an excellent story for helping both children and adults heal after the loss of someone they love. I highly recommend book but Amazon packages it in a flimsy mailing envelop and it could arrived damaged.

This book was recommended to me by a colleague. The book truly help you understand about the grieving process and it applies to all ages even though it looks like a children book. We gave it to a friend who has a death in a family,It arrives as I expected. Thank you. Super love it

I highly recommend this grief book. It is easy reading but makes a lot of good points. I have purchased many copies to give to friends/relatives when they have suffered a loss.
