Best gift to myself in a long time and I am extremely happy.
This bag is amazing and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The bag I personally bought was the 190 pound version and I have it paired with the 200 pound spider mount. The bag is not like using other heavy bags as it gives a lot more feedback to your punches. If you are not punching correctly you understand because of the resistance in the bag. It's not a bag you'll be able to do a lot of bare knuckle work on even with very light punches because there is a lot more slap to the bag than most heavy bags. Also if you are looking for something for kicking this bag will be able to take the punishment but you may still want to use leg guards because of the same slap feeling when you are kicking it. That is the only downfall of the bag because a lot of the times I just go outside and do quick sets on the bag so it's not justifiable to put leg gear on every time. Still I don't think it's a problem worth taking stars off because of how great of quality the Aqua bag really is.

Use for Fight Camp. Durable, doesn't move, great for uppercuts
I started hitting a heavy bag about six months ago as part of my workout and to do on non lifting days. I eventually graduated to using FightCamp online boxing. This bag is head and shoulders above using a conventional bag. It barely moves and absorbs the energy when I hit it which makes doing multiple combinations easier when you don't have to wrangle a swinging bag. Also perfect for uppercuts. When you hang it, make sure you are happy with the height before you fill it up. It is a bitch to move or readjust and I would say nearly impossible. All in al I am very happy with this bag soo far. Rate limiting steps for using this bag is space and a solid anchor system.

Whole different way to train
This bag allows for you to practice uppercuts on top of everything else. It is harder to hit than a heavy bag which makes for a great challenge. It seems a little large but that’s what I’m going for… something that won’t move around on me. It’s a little difficult to fill up with one person but I made it work.

Do or do not. There is no try!
Brilliant product. Make sure you hang before filling. Which I did, but hung it wrong and it fell when I was filling it. Took alot of effort to rehang a 190lb rubber bag.

Well worth the price!!
I've had this bag now for four years now and it's the real deal. Unlike traditional sand stuffed bags, the performance of this one has stayed the same. A traditional bag by now will start having the material settle and getting brick hard at the bottom. This is very sturdy. prior to owning this, I've gone through a few traditional bags throughout the years where they'd rip.Not only has it stood up to my kicks, elbows, knees and punches, but it also survived a 6 ft fall onto concrete. The chain snapped causing the ball to fall and nothing happened to the bag.No other bag provides the satisfaction this one does when throwing uppercuts, rip hooks and knees. This year I will be moving it outdoors and filling with a rv antifreeze mix with water

self-destroyed in warm weather
I used this product for just slightly over a year. Yesterday, in some warm weather, I went out to find it laying on the ground having torn itself apart. I am not sure why, as it was mostly in the shade and I live in the Seattle area, so not extreme temperatures. For the price, I wish it had a better warranty. On the feel, I wasn't wild about it. It doesn't give much so shin kicks require pads, where on any sort of heavy bag I'm happy to just blast away. Punching felt solid, but sometimes too solid and I had to use my cushy-est boxing gloves and not my normal slim MMA gloves. The shape is great for uppercuts, but it is bad for things like body-head combos because there is really only one height that feel comfortable punching. That also means if you come in low, or come in high, you still have to punch to the same height which feels very unnatural and ruins a lot of combos. The big advantage was that I could leave it set up outdoors and work out there. With the self-destruction now complete, the biggest advantage is negated. Overall, I won't be replacing it and I'll be moving to a more traditional bag. Too bad, as I like the concept.

Surprisingly compact, yet really heavy and strong
Can easily absorb the hardest punches and the heavy weight means it doesn’t move much, which means you work more. It’s a must have if you want to practice upper cuts in addition to other punches.

Great bag, much better to use than my old angle bag. More forgiving, more realistic.

This really is a game changer for me
I'm an older guy who has had some tennis elbow and shoulder issues this year, and I really fell away from bag work because of it. I had been eyeballing these for years and finally decided to go for it. I'm a 250 pound guy so I went for the 21" bag and wow, what a difference.I don't know what the change is specifically, but it feels GREAT to hit. I can put my full power shots in to it, and it's nowhere near as jarring as any heavy bag I've ever used. It feels fantastic, and for some reason I can't explain I can put in more rounds (even with a higher proportion of power shots) with less fatigue. I simply last longer and my joints don't feel awful. With the 190 pound bag on a 2 foot chain, it also isn't flying all over the garage like my old 100lb bag. I don't have a ton of room in there, so I really like that. I don't have to chase it around or wait for it to settle like my 100 pound bag, so it's better for putting together long combinations using full power shots. I also feel more comfortable at the right distance. It's nice to place the shots at the end of full extension and not worry about it getting away from me and tearing my elbow on a whiffed power shot.My tips: Blow it up with air before you fill it with water to make it fill out before adding water, and don't overfill it if you can avoid it. As soon as I removed the water source I must have had the water level above the inlet and it shot a lot of water all over the place. Not a problem in the garage, but indoor installations could be a problem. You will need a really strong place to hang it. I have this on a span between two fairly long sets of joists that I sistered when I hung my old 100lb bag, and it makes them bend at this size. In short, 190 pounds is a lot of downward force, and when you start throwing uppercuts and it jumps, it multiplies that. Also, I use a heavy bag spring ($5 or so on amazon) on the end of my chain so it's not jarring the joists too hard.Overall it's pretty pricey for what it is and might not be the best bang for your buck in heavy bags, but it does work and feel as I'd hoped it would.

Solid Bag - Not what I completely expected
Have mixed thoughts on this product - overall quality is good. Use website for instructions as the paper one included missed a point or two. For overall experience - mainly installation & support reasons - I only gave it a 3. Happy to have this up and moving on - and yes would still recommend.Final thought - get one size down - as the largest ball requires a lot of consideration to the structural requirement needed to hang almost 200 lbs of weight that when snapped up with an uppercut brings a lot of impact to the hanging setup and potentially could upset the integrity if not installed correctly.
