A must have resource for strengthening lower body
This is an excellent guide for any athlete or fitness enthusiast. It covers the basic movements or big 3 (deadlift, squat and lunge) and the core lifts. One of my favorite parts of this book is that shows how to safely progress each lift. The content is very well organized and easy to follow. This book helped me to take my lower body workouts to the next level.

Not many photos, only descriptions of the exercises. Personally not what I'd expected 🤷♂️
