This is a cool light material which fits perfectly on top of the dog bed, the only improvement I would suggest is for it to have a velcro strips on all four corners so that it doesnt move around or slip easily

The mat in the photos is the large one, I bought three of the large ones, and one extra large in the last two years for my dog and my two cats.For some reference, my ginger cat is 11lbs and the brown tabby is 9lbs.I have been unable to get a photo of my dog laying on his mat, but he is a 72lb lab/boxer mix. I wish the extra large mat was a little bigger, if he is stretched out and his head and body are on the mat then there is no room for his long legs. It’s fine, but I wish that he has as much extra space as my cats do on theirs. I am considering buying another extra large mat and sewing them together for him.These wash and dry really well, I wash them on cold in the washing machine and dry on the low setting. These get washed weekly and there is no pilling and they have kept their shape. By the way, I would really call these “mats”, they are more blanket-like.My husband even likes to use these mats on his pillow on hot nights because they are so cooling and soothing.

While I agree with most reviews written this mat is very thin. I found though that the cooling effect works very well. My dogs enjoy laying on it in this hot summer weather. The size large is actually small. Wish I had bought the extra large one.

This is not what I expected I thought it was gonna be like a blanket you put in the freezer or something but it’s just made of this light weight cool material that does stay a bit cooler now is it super cold? no but somehow it stays cooler and our Shih Tzu loves it. I can’t get a picture right now because it’s with him on a ride in the car😁

I should of got a larger size. Comfortable for both pets.

I was impressed. It actually works! I have a 45lb English bulldog and she’s hot all the time. I put this on the bed and it keeps her cool. No more waking up in the middle of the night panting. It’s also great to help her cool off quickly after a (short) walk here in Texas.I’ve only washed it once and it still works after washing. I didn’t put it in the dryer.The fabric snags easily though so her nails and rough chew bone have been taking a toll on it. Overall it’s holding up nicely and the snagging isn’t that big of a deal. It definitely doesn’t affect its cooling ability.I highly recommend.

So I bought this thinking, worst case scenario I have to throw it in the fridge for a bit. I have an outside cat, and I live in South Florida. Fast forward to three days after it arrives, and it’s still cool to the touch! I have it laying on her bed on the porch! The fabric is very thin, but she likes to stretch out on the bench, so that’s not a big deal. The actual measurement is more like 27 than 28, but this is only an inch, and still perfect for a cat or a small dog. I’m shocked that in this heat and humidity that it’s still cool to the touch outside. Highly recommend!

The cooling mat did wonders for out 13.5 year old 60 lb, large munsterlander , he now sleeps pretty much all through the night, without panting and requiring a get up and move to cool off. It's only oversight is that it gets bunched up while he sleeps on it. It would benefit greatly with either weights, rubber or a composite tension frame.Keep up the good work guys! Thank you!

Our dog took to this mat like a duck to water! He normally flops on the tiles but since we placed this on his couch he goes to it all the time now.
