Apricot kernels. Plenty there.
Fast shipping.Not extremely bitter at all.Taste is good actually.After a week of taking eight per day, I haven't noticed any effects yet. Not really expecting anything noticeable.Huge bag. Should last a year or so.

Great for making almond extract- prove is fantastic! These are, however not the largest kernels I’ve purchased- which really isn’t too bad, except removing the skin, which takes forever!!
