Looks and works great! The oil rubbed bronze looks so good, much better than black. We had to do some work to our fireplace frame but it worked well. The fireplace puts out a lot of heat!Update: Dec 18: have to call company tomorrow, the temperature sensor does not work properly. We set the desired temperature at 70 and when I got up in the night it was 80 and hot! Wondering how high it would have gone?!! I will update after I speak with the company in KY.Update: problem was minor fixed with no problems now!

The media could not be loaded.  This fireplace is absolutely gorgeous!! And man does it put out the HEAT!! It arrived packaged very well and on a pallet (and actually a week earlier then it said it would arrive but that was perfect because the freight company called to schedule the delivery day). Everything came pre assembled and ready to go except the trim kit and the logs but the trim literally pops right on so there is ZERO guess work! We did have to modify our mantle to fit but the trim covered it like a dream! And we couldn’t go wrong with the fact it was zero clearance because our mantle is narrower then most so it worked out perfectly! My husband got the hookups for our gas line at Lowe’s although they can be found at Factorybuysdirect.com with the search “18" Universal Gas Appliance Hook-up Kit - Black Finish GLS202-18TF”.Overall I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a beautiful fireplace insert! Buy it you won’t regret it!

When putting together the log insert I realized the holes on the logs were off, had to make new holes for it to fit properly. The thermostat doesn't regulate properly. Set it for 68, and often times it doesn't shut off. It's pretty and we get compliments on it however I really wish I didn't have to worry about it continually running.

We ended up getting a return. Do not buy a ventless gas fireplace! It’s very dangerous! And in some states it’s banned! The carbon monoxide has to go somewhere and since there isn’t a vent it goes into your house and the air you breathe and gives you headaches! If you’re going to get a fireplace do it the right way and the SAFE way

As good as a much more expensive unit. The logs are beautiful and the flames are perfect. It’s big and puts out a ton of heat. It heats up the entire bottom level of our 3200sf house. We are so happy with this fireplace!

The product its self is nice and works well. When we opened the box we discovered a broken log and the pipe was dented. The brackets were on backwards making installation difficult. Once finally installed it does work nice.

Love this fireplace. The front grate and remote are wonderful! Wish it had a blower, but can add.
