We got our rescue cat, Lara, in 2021, eager to take our indoor kitty outside, we came straight to Amazon and bought a harness with the most reviews, as soon as she touched the grass she went into feral state and slipped the harness.. luckily we got her back! We binned that harness and bought this one, we have been taking things slow and thankfully hadn’t experienced another escape attempt until today, hence this review… Lara was outside wearing this harness as she heard voices in the distance, she went into feral state, she started pulling away from me, flipping about and howling. She slipped the body strap but the neck strap stayed put, if I had tightened the body strap that also wouldn’t have budged. This harness saved our baby today and taught us a needed lesson. Lara has a lot of scars from her past that she may never overcome, and that’s fine. Walks should be for the cat’s best interest, not ours. If you’re looking for a harness, this is the one, just ensure it is adjusting correctly!

I really like this harness. My kitten is 6 months old and, whilst I won’t be walking him properly on the harness, it allows him to go out safely in our garden or further afield in his stroller. It’s pretty lightweight and easy to adjust. I like the colours/pattern, though more options would be great. The lead is a good length, but a longer option would be good for park/garden use (not pavement use). Remi has pulled against it a few times while getting used to it and it hasn’t unlocked, which is good but also means caution is needed to ensure they don’t choke if they get stuck on anything and panic. He brought me his harness the other night, so I’d say that’s a positive sign!

The media could not be loaded. I bought the Rabbitgoo cat harness which looks more sturdy and I preferred the look of it. My cat can escape from it no matter how I fit it when she wants to. This one doesn't look as good (in my opinion) but it feels of good quality and is well made. Most importantly, my cat hasn't escaped from it yet and I think this design is superior to my other one in being escape proof and actual comfort. It's also far easier to get on and off with the 2 clip on attachments as opposed to the pulling over the head method like the Rabbitgoo, which was a huge effort with my cat. She actually seems to know that it's time for an adventure and let's me put this one on her

This lead has good strength to support my cat on walks. Nice colour and sturdy. Sometimes would be better if I had a retractable lead but this is good to start practicing taking your cat out. I always now double check the buckles as sometimes have come undone when cat pulls to hard but more human error than fault of the product

Maybe for small cats is ok but for my mine coone is to small. I don't know how people on the pic manage put this on they mine coon cats.

It comes beautifully packaged and looks so cute! Love the colours and it seems to be high quality and sturdy.It's easy to fit and my cat looks comfortable in it. We tried it properly today after some weeks of training her using just a collar and it worked perfectly!
