Works great!
Turns out I didn't need it. Many modern flight control boards can be used as a passthrough for programming ESCs. In any case, this programmer works great if you're only going to program one ESC at a time. BLheli suite found the ESC no problem and flashing and programming went flawlessly. Be sure to power your ESC while connecting to it or the computer will not recognize it.
